IT Project Coordinator

Job Title: IT Refresh Project Coordinator
Location: Rocester, Staffordshire, United Kingdom (On-site 5 days a week)
Day Rate: £130 - £140 outside IR35
Project Length: 3 Month rolling contract for a long term project

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an experienced IT Refresh Coordinator to join their team on a rolling three-month contract for a long-term project.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

As a Refresh Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of IT operations, employing a blend of IT expertise and interpersonal finesse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilising the clients IT systems to locate and schedule IT devices reaching their maturity date for refreshing.
• Networking across the client sites to ensure seamless coordination of device swaps.
• Engaging with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook, for effective communication and data management.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Organisational and Time Management: Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of refresh activities.
• Have experience working as an IT Refresh Coordinator (desired)
• Communication and Networking: Foster strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Software Awareness: Develop an understanding of relevant software and IT systems with support from your team.
• Numerical Skills: Basic proficiency in numbers for stock counts and lease end date calculations.
