A great opportunity to join our Ely based client working in a supportive team, this role will suit someone who thrives in a busy and varied administrative environment.
Duties will include:
Answering calls and processing email enquiries
Entering and recording data
Producing reports
Raising invoices to clients
Chasing overdue invoices in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Preparing accurate letters, proposals and reports
Managing diaries and booking appointments
Arranging meetings
Maintaining databases
Providing general administrative support
Experience/skills required:
Able to undertake administrative work accurately and in a methodical way
Self motivated and someone that also enjoys working as part of a team
Ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise a varied workload
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to speak to people face to face and over the telephone clearly and concisely
Experience of working within a customer focused environment
Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality written work with experience of document editing
Highly confidential and professional
Hours of work:
9-17.00 Monday - Friday
