The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help ensure customers receive an excellent experience every day.

You'll be primarily based in Croydon , while occasionally supporting three other stores in the surrounding area. Travel will be shared across the team wherever possible.

A full UK driving licence would be preferred, although it isn't essential thanks to good public transport links between the locations.

If you're required to work away from your base store for more than six hours, lunch expenses can also be claimed.

Working pattern: Full-time, working across Monday to Sunday. Stores operate between 9am and 6pm , with reduced weekend opening hours and no late evenings.

Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.

Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon store.

Achieve individual and store sales and KPI targets.

Ensure company and brand standards are consistently maintained.
