The Role

You'll be responsible for programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machinery to manufacture high-precision components from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

* Programming and operating CNC milling machines

* Manufacturing components to tight tolerances

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment

* Selecting appropriate tooling and machining methods

* Ensuring all work meets customer specifications and quality standards

* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous experience as a CNC Miller

* Strong programming and machining knowledge

* Ability to work from technical engineering drawings

* Good understanding of precision engineering and tolerances

* Experience using inspection and measuring equipment

* Excellent attention to detail

* Positive, reliable and proactive attitude

* Heidenhain control experience would be advantageous
