RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATOR

Our well-established client is seeking a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their friendly Hampshire office.
The role will include but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
To assist in ensuring clients are welcomed in an excellent and professional manner, their queries are dealt with efficiently and that their customer experience is exceptional.
Answer telephone; screen calls, forward calls and/or record and forward messages accurately; transcribe messages from telephone answering machine.
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
Type forms, form letters and other documents as required at acceptable levels of speed and accuracy; collate and photocopy materials as necessary; maintain supply of forms as needed.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically; organise conferences and meeting room bookings, co-ordinate meetings.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Since you will be on reception a smart appearance is essential, together with excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a responsible and varied role and will suit someone flexible and adaptable, with a positive, 'can do’ approach. Similar experience in a legal environment is advantageous.
