Monday to Friday 4pm-1am £55,400 & Days 5am - 5pm 2-2-3 Panama Pattern Week 1: Mon, Tue, 3 off, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2: 2 off, Wed, Thu, 3 off £53,300+ development + industry benefits Location: Eye, IP23 Looking for a role with proper work/life balance and a team that actually invests in its engineers? This is a day-shift in a well-established food manufacturing site producing high-volume, high-quality chilled products for major UK retailers. The site has been operating for decades, is financially stable, and is now pushing major upgrades across machinery, automation and site-wide performance. The role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be part of a tight-knit engineering team keeping a busy food factory running smoothly. Youll split your time between: Reactive breakdown workacross production, packaging and utilities Planned and preventative maintenanceto reduce downtime Supportingmachinery upgrades, line improvements and new equipment installs Ensuringhygiene, quality and safety standardsare met at all times Drivingcontinuous improvementacross the plant Its a role for someone who likes getting stuck in, solving problems fast and seeing the impact of their work on output.
