We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our social care team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting individuals with diverse needs, and mentoring junior staff to ensure excellent service provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support and care to service users, promoting independence and well-being.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
Support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care.
Monitor service users’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns appropriately.
Assist in risk assessments and implement safeguarding procedures.
Maintain accurate care records, reports, and documentation.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for service users and staff.
