We are seeking an experienced Data MappingAnalyst to support a critical Banking Migration programme. You will play a keyrole in understanding banking application data, mapping data acrossworkstreams, and ensuring accurate and compliant migration from legacy systemsto new solutions. This is an onshore UK-based role with direct engagementacross engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities

• Develop a strong working knowledge of bankingapplications and the data underpinning them
• Translate migration requirements into detailed dataattributes across workstreams
• Understand and manage data synchronisation andreconciliation across data transfer files
• Design and implement effective database queries tomatch, retrieve, and extract data
• Identify database structural requirements by evaluatingmigration operations, applications, and engineering
• Assess database implementation procedures forcompliance with internal and external regulations
• Oversee the end-to-end migration of data from legacysystems to new platforms
• Support and provide consultancy to database engineeringteams
• Recommend improvements to JCL queries andOracle/Mainframe database queries

RequiredSkills & Experience

• Strong knowledge and understanding of bankingapplications and underlying data structures
• Demonstrable experience in data migration, includingETL tooling
• Solid understanding of data synchronisation andreconciliation across transfer files
• Ability to design and execute effective databasequeries (Oracle/Mainframe)
• Familiarity with JCL queries and legacy mainframeenvironments
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements ina banking context
