Your new role
As Junior Electrical Contracts Manager, you will support the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role would suit an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor, Foreman, Site Manager or Site Engineer looking to take the next step into Contracts Management. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the management of electrical projects across multiple sites
Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Supporting procurement activities and project programmes
Monitoring project progress, costs, quality and health & safety compliance
Attending site meetings and carrying out regular site visits
Assisting with project reporting and commercial tracking
Supporting the resolution of technical and operational issues
Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetWhat you'll need to succeed
Electrical trades qualification or HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
Experience in an electrical site supervisory, site management, or site foreman role
Good understanding of electrical installations and project delivery
Ability to coordinate operatives, subcontractors and site activities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
