This Bookkeeper role based in Camberley will focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. You'll play a key part in supporting the accounting and finance functions within the accountancy industry.

Description
Process payments, invoices, receipts, and income transactions using Xero and various other software.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Identify and report discrepancies to support account reconciliations.
Assist with the investigation and correction of accounting variances.
Provide ad hoc support to Accounts staff.
Contribute to the preparation of year-end accounts when required.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £26,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in Camberley.
