Bennett & Game are currently working with a well-established building consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Bristol team.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with proven consultancy experience to take responsibility for delivering a varied range of projects, working closely with clients and wider property professionals. Project Manager Job Overview:

The successful Project Manager will have experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages, with a good understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and wider client requirements. This is a client-facing position, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

The role will include:

Managing projects through the RIBA stages from inception through to completion

Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Managing project programmes, budgets and costs

Coordinating consultants, contractors and other property professionals

Providing project and technical advice to clients

Supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals and wider development requirements

Ensuring projects are delivered in line with statutory and contractual requirements

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Project Manager Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment

Experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages

Good understanding of construction contracts and statutory compliance

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
