Responsibilities: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Production leadership team and Head of Design. Your responsibilities will include:
Complex diary management: Ensuring seamless scheduling and providing necessary support for meetings.
Booking travel
Preparing for meetings: preparing presentations, gathering background information and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
Managing inboxes
Managing expenses and timesheets
Being the lynchpin of the department acting as an integral POC for the team
Assisting with new joiners and the onboarding process for the team
Arranging department socials
Requirements:
Experienced PA (3 years+) with a background in advertising, production or similar creative ideally.
Highly organised, able to prioritise well and stay several steps ahead of your Execs.
Naturally inquisitive and curious with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills and a natural people person.
You will be able to multi-task with ease and will be a safe and trusted pair of hands for the team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
