Service Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, a UK-based Manufacturer of equipment in the textile industry for a Service Engineer.
The role is Mon-Fri Days Only
Hours Mon - Thurs 8 am-5.30 pm, Friday - 8 am-12 pm
The role is very diverse and involves a mix of site visits as well as working within the production facility based in Leeds.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver Service activities (which include: installation commissioning, customer training, repairs, preventative maintenance services, calibration services, and remote technical support by phone and e-mail to achieve satisfied customers.)
Installation and service of textile manufacturing equipment.
Assist the design department in product development projects.
Ensure the highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and ensure that issues are resolved in the fastest way possible.
Be responsible for reporting accurately and promptly, all activities as required (e.g. Service Reports, Expense Reports, etc.)
Requirements
A Valid Driving License is Essential for this role
Mechanical and Electrically Qualified is Desirable but will consider Time Served/Experience in a similar role
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
