Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000

The role of the Estimator – Commercial Roof Maintenance will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with a range of various industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services; cut edge treatment, full roof overlay, single skin, composite, liquid & singly ply membranes, gutter refurbishment, leak investigation & repair, roof & gutter cleaning, and roof slating & tiling

* Reviewing engineer recommendations and client requests and generating minor works quotations

* Using spreadsheets and bespoke software to calculate costs to carry out minor works

* Securing works orders, procurement of parts and plant and scheduling works

* Assist with the development of supply chain by identifying potential new suppliers

* Carrying out site surveys as and when required (National with some overnight stays)

* Projects range in value from £1k to £100k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Commercial Roof Maintenance with:

* Must have experience estimating work within the construction or services market sector

* Ideally will have experience within the roofing maintenance & repairs market sector

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Full UK driving license

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Confident and articulate

* Ability to plan and organise deliverables
