Looking for your next opportunity in electrical manufacturing? Holt Engineering is partnering with a well-established and innovative manufacturer in Portsmouth that's expanding its Cable production team with Cable Assembler's.

With decades of expertise in designing and manufacturing high-quality electrical and cable assemblies, this privately-owned company offers a modern working environment, supportive colleagues, and genuine long-term opportunities.
What you'll be doing As a Cable Assembler:
Building and assembling cable harnesses to a high standard
Working from technical drawings and assembly instructions
Cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating cables
Soldering connectors and cable assemblies (IPC 620 experience desirable)
Heat shrinking and carrying out quality checks to ensure precisionWhat we're looking for as a Cable Assembler:
Previous cable assembly experience within an electrical manufacturing environment
Confident soldering and working with electrical components
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Able to work efficiently to production deadlinesWhat's in it for you as a Cable Assembler:
Competitive pay of £12.71–£13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
Early finish every Friday
