Set in an idyllic location on Eton High Street, the restaurant is all about fresh ingredients, scratch cooking and proper homemade food . We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef who genuinely enjoys cooking from scratch and has the confidence and experience to take responsibility for the kitchen. The Role Prepare and cook fresh, homemade dishes from scratch Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen Work confidently and independently when required Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation Manage allergens and dietary requirements confidently Work closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver a great customer experience What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Chef role Passion for fresh, homemade and scratch cooking Confident working independently and running a kitchen Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen management Knowledge and enthusiasm for a variety of world foods and cuisines Food Hygiene certification is highly desirable Good knowledge and interest in international/world cuisine High standard of spoken and written English Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team What We Can Offer £16 per hour 48 hours per week Share of tips/service charge Training and relevant certificates provided 3-month Temp-to-Perm opportunity Opportunity to join a new, independent family-run restaurant from an early stage If you're an experienced Chef who takes pride in proper home-cooked food , enjoys working with fresh ingredients and wants to play an important role in a growing independent restaurant, apply today for an immediate start in Eton.
