About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional to take ownership of the people function in a scaling organisation. You’ll be supporting a small leadership team, embedding HR processes, and helping shape the company’s culture and approach to people as they grow.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in nurseries, schools or the wider education sector.
Comfortable working in a founder-led business
Local to East London / Essex borders
Full-time and office-based (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
