You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic business development in this emerging area.You will join a practice known for its collaborative culture, multi-disciplinary expertise and high-quality design output across architecture, interior design, placemaking, urbanism, project management and cost consultancy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Industrial & Logistics projects from feasibility to completionManage and mentor project teams, ensuring high standards of design and technical deliveryDevelop sector expertise and contribute to the strategic growth of the Industrial & Logistics divisionBuild and maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and new opportunitiesOversee project programmes, resources and budgetsCollaborate with in-house disciplines including urban design, interiors, project management and cost consultancyEnsure compliance with industry standards, planning requirements and best practiceRepresent the practice at client meetings, presentations and industry eventsAbout YouQualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with significant post-qualification experienceProven ability to lead medium-to-large projects and multi-disciplinary teamsExperience in Industrial & Logistics, Commercial or large-scale development sectorsStrong design, technical and delivery skillsConfident communicator with excellent client-facing abilityAmbitious, proactive and ready to take ownership of a growing sectorInterest in progressing to Associate or Associate Director levelWhy Join?This practice offers a supportive, forward-thinking environment with a strong reputation for design quality and professional development.
