We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Bilberry Lodge in Lancashire. Experience working within the mental health sector essential Bilberry Lodge is a specialist residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues. Purposefully small Bilberry Lodge has capacity for up to 6 female residents, allowing for a calm, relaxing environment. What you'll be working: Full-time hours - 37.5 hours per week Night and day shifts available 12.5-hour shifts. £25,400.16 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata) What you'll be doing: Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two way Support to undertake their rehabilitation programme Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed Communicate any issues to the clinical team Accurately report and/or record work activities What you'll have: A genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care possible The ability to communicate effectively at all levels Experience working within the care sector / mental health Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
