To collect, collate and consolidate data, report upwards to the Executive Management Board (EMB) and undertake check and challenge sessions with key stakeholders.
To provide secretariat support to relevant key strategic initiative meetings, preparing agendas and collation of papers, scribing minutes and actions and follow up on progress.
To be the custodian of the document management system (including team channels) and provide the relevant artefacts where appropriate.
To oversee the PMO mailbox, ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
