About the Role

Are you an ambitious developer looking to make a measurable impact on a rapidly growing global platform? Epos Now is expanding! We are looking for a driven Software Engineer to join our core Engineering department right here in Norwich

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Performance Indicators):

Project Delivery: Actively design, develop, and push the features required to successfully launch and scale our Embedded Accountancy platform
System Design: Write clean, modular, and testable code while maintaining efficient database communication.
Collaboration: Join internal technical discussions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and learn from senior engineers to expand your skills.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Foundations: Commercial experience or a strong academic background writing clean code (experience with backend logic, database structures, or complex data manipulation is highly preferred).
Problem Solvers: Someone who enjoys structural data challenges, third-party API integrations, or financial/ledger workflows.
Proximity: Ability to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)
