What you'll be doing

You'll report to the Operations Manager and own customer projects from start to finish. This customer-facing role combines technical aerospace expertise with stakeholder management in a high-stakes environment.

• Deliver projects meeting agreed time, cost, quality, and scope objectives
• Act as primary interface with customers and key internal stakeholders
• Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery baselines
• Report progress, risks, issues, financials, and quality metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations
• Manage project change through formal change control processes
• Support bid and proposal activities with realistic plans and costs
• Lead and develop assigned project team members

What we're looking for

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• OR proven project management experience of comparable complexity, scale, and risk
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, military/defence, or similarly technical regulated environment
• Strong delivery focus with structured project management approach
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgement
• Effective communication with strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercial and financial awareness
• Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Valid Passport
• UK Driving Licence
• Hold or be able to hold SC clearance
