Job Description

A technology solutions provider in Birmingham is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to assist with daily IT tasks and server management. This role involves configuration and monitoring of network devices, software installation, and helpdesk support. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining IT equipment inventory and participating in cloud migrations. A proactive approach towards documenting processes and suggesting improvements is essential. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is desired.
