Lead unforgettable children’s day camps and earn £19.46 per hour on a casual, 0-hour basis

Dinton Explorers is hiring a Centre Manager to lead our children’s day activity camps, running alongside the wider leisure operation at Loddon Leisure Centre.

Dinton Explorers is a busy, energetic day camp that makes full use of the centre’s fantastic facilities — from soft play and swimming pools to basketball courts, dance studios, and tennis courts. This role sits right at the heart of the action.

Pay: £19.46 per hour on a casual, 0-hour basis

Hours: Up to 9.5 hours per day (during the school holidays)

Location: Loddon Leisure Centre – Loddon Valley

Contract: Casual / Seasonal

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of children’s activity camps
  • Leading and supporting a team of Activity Instructors
  • Coordinating programmes alongside the leisure centre operation
  • Being a visible, hands‑on leader across multiple activity spaces
  • Ensuring excellent safety, safeguarding, and customer experience
