The engineering team in Belfast owns the development and ongoing enhancement of a mission-critical platform that processes very high transaction volumes, where performance, resilience, and reliability are key.This role is suited to a senior engineer who enjoys technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring others, while working closely with product and engineering stakeholders.The RoleAs a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership within a cross-functional engineering team, contributing to both architectural decisions and day-to-day development.
