JOB OVERVIEW

This is an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in improving productivity, reducing waste and supporting quality across manufacturing operations.

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, improve and standardise manufacturing processes, support New Product Introduction and help deliver Continuous Improvement projects across the business.

The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Production and cross-functional teams, using manufacturing data, Lean tools and structured problem-solving methods to improve efficiency, cost, delivery and operational performance.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Manufacturing Engineer include:

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and eliminate waste to improve cost, quality, delivery and efficiency across manufacturing operations

Support NPI Projects: Lead Continuous Improvement projects and support New Product Introduction activity across the business

Analyse Manufacturing Data: Review manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Work, process maps and Bills of Materials

Optimise Production Processes: Improve manufacturing processes, layouts, tooling, jig...
