Electrical Project Manager

Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installations across residential and commercial projects in the North West. This is a permanent position covering projects across Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas. They have a number of high rise apartment clients so would prefer experience of delivering installations on similar schemes.The Role:Full project management of electrical installations for new-build apartments, residential developments, and commercial buildingsManaging projects from initial design, procurement and costing through to installation, testing and final handoverLeading and managing on-site electrical teams, sub-contractors and supervisorsAttending client meetings, design team meetings and site progress meetingsEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality standardManaging Health & Safety, RAMS, and ensuring compliance with 18th Edition and current regulationsOrdering materials, managing variations, and controlling project costsLiaising with clients, main contractors and internal teamsRequirements:Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager within the UKStrong background in residential apartments, housing developments and commercial projects essentialElectrically qualified - JIB Gold Card, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (2391 Test & Inspect advantageous)SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS card desirableExcellent knowledge of electrical installation methods and UK building regulationsStrong leadership, organisation and communication skillsIT literate with ability to manage project documentationFull UK Driving Licence - travel between Manchester & Liverpool requiredPackage:Permanent, stable position with a growing contractorCompetitive salary - Dependent on ExperienceCompany vehicle / Car Allowance + Fuel CardPension, Holiday Allowance + Additional benefitsOpportunity to work on high-profile residential & commercial schemes across the North WestWe are an equal opportunities employer.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
