The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our modern offices in central London and will involve a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing HR, recruitment, and executive assistance.

Basic salary: £30,000 pa + commission. OTE £50,000

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Oversee HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement.

Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll administration.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and attract top talent to the organization

Executive Assistance:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

Office Management:

Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate or property industry

An understanding of HR practices and employment law.

Experience with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques - desirable

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
