The founder has a wealth of experience within the industry and has impressive backing by some of the biggest investors in Europe. They have just completed a phenomenal Series-A fundraise and are very much on track for a further double digit growth in revenue this year!
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and being in a value-add position, working with the CFO to drive the business performance and scalability.
This is a great opportunity within an exciting and progressive company for someone who is commercially minded and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Your core duties will include:-
Supporting on the annual and quarterly planning/forecasting process; updating and developing the financial models
Interpretation and analysis of financial performance and identifying commercial drivers to support financial planning
Working with HR to lead on forecasting and reporting of business expenditure
Business partnering with C-suite senior management on investment proposals
Support on month-end reporting
The person:-
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Proven FP&A experience in a startup/scale up environment
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Highly numerate and commercially aware
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work effectively
