Overview of the work:

This work package is divided into distinct deliverables that will enhance the system. Each deliverable is timeboxed to maintain agile and iterative working while ensuring measurable outcomes.

Resources will collaborate as part of a blended team, including civil servants from DfE's Solutions Development Team (SDT) and Education Estates. They will work closely with delivery managers and business analysts to ensure timely completion of tasks contributing to the deliverables.

The key deliverables are:

Understanding of existing CRM systems.

Maintenance of existing services

Advice and resource planning for wider Development/Testing resource for Service Support team and CRM teams.

Plan for transition with incumbent supplier to pick up full development and testing requirements in Service Support and CRM teams.

Background

Education Estates (EE) Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) activities support the national school condition and construction programs. Historically, DDT projects have been delivered tactically, often resulting in technical debt. This SoW aims to support long-term development planning and scoping to reduce such issues.
