We are seeking a Head of Finance and Operations for a small but rapidly growing company, based in Winchester. The business is at the cutting edge of creativity and design within the digital marketing & branding sector. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: Financial control – all financial reporting and planning for the company

Budgets – annual budget process and providing insightful analysis

Identifying opportunities for process improvements both externally and internally

Strategic planning – driving business objectives with the SLT and the board

What you will need: The organisation are seeking someone with specific, current or previous, experience of working within a creative/marketing based business to possess an understanding of their creativity-led culture!

To be a qualified accountant – ACCA / CIMA / ACA with relevant post-qualification experience

Extensive experience in a similar role, such as Head of Finance and Operations / Head of Finance / Head of Financial Operations / Financial Controller / Finance Director / Finance Manager

A working background in a creative, marketing or technology-based business

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and ability to use MI tools to analyse information
