Shift Manager

As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. You'll motivate the team and ensure they have everything needed to excel.

Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead efforts to ensure customers have a great experience whether they shop in-store or online.

Typical shift responsibilities include:

• Inspiring the team to meet high standards
• Serving customers efficiently and courteously
• Preparing products like sandwiches and managing ovens
• Maintaining fully stocked displays
• Keeping the shop clean and presentable
