On behalf of my client, I am seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of their marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, distribution, and sales across the UK, EMEA, and India. The Role:
Develop and implement a comprehensive annual strategic marketing plan to grow brand awareness, distribution, and sales.
Collaborate with the global CMO and US marketing colleagues to align with the global marketing plans and brand strategy.
Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI, adapting strategies to meet goals and seize opportunities.
Conduct a thorough review of marketing data and metrics to enhance decision-making and planning.
Work closely with Sales and Amazon teams to create tailored seasonal marketing plans that support both ecommerce and physical retail channels.
Lead and mentor the Marketing team, fostering talent development and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Evaluate and refine the digital marketing and social media strategy to increase audience engagement and leverage platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing.
7-10 years of marketing experience in e-commerce, B2B, B2C, and direct mail.
Proven track record of building and enhancing brands across various business categories.
Minimum of 3 years in a direct line management/team leadership role.
Strong understanding of customer insights, data analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent strategic marketing and communication skills, with experience in international markets.
