Footprints Child Care Ltd are a family run nursery looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable practitioner to join our busy baby room. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience of working with very young children and a willingness to help our babies grow and develop in a nurturing environment. Our baby room supports children from birth to 2 years and so practical hands on experience of working with this age group is a must, further specific training will also be given on working with this age group.

You will work on a full time basis with children from birth to two years, working shifts between the hours of 7.30am till 6.00pm over a maximum of 51 weeks. Your annual holiday entitlement will be 28 days (includes bank holidays).

We are a well established team who pride ourselves on excellent care and attention to the principles of the EYFs. All employees are supported with CPD and access to growth development. As a close knit team we pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment and shared ethos of providing the best possible outcomes for the children and families in our care. All legislative training such as First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding is paid for in advance of recruitment, as well as an enhanced DBS.

Our ideal candidate will be a confident and caring individual with a good grounding in early years practice and a determination to strive for the very best quality of service for our families. You must be able to obtain an enhanced disclosure and you will be required to register with the DBS update service for the duration of your contract.
