I am currently looking to speak to Mechanical Engineer for a corporate office building based in Bristol. The need is for a Mechanical Engineer to come and join a 3 man team and continue to provide an efficient service of the maintenance and building services within a corporate environment.
This site is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set. On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities.
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be required to work Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm.
Day to Day Duties
* PPMs, Reactives, UPS and AHU, FCU, Pumps, motors and general plumbing maintenance
* Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
* Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
* Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
* Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
* Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
* Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
