This role combines field-based and remote technical support, helping customers resolve hardware and networking issues and return systems to service quickly and effectively.Whilst experience with networking technologies is advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates with transferable technical skills, a strong aptitude for troubleshooting, and a desire to develop their career.
