Were searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space. What Youll Be Doing: Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution
Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC
HVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units
Monitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems
Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team
Service Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services

What Were Looking For: Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition
Strong knowledge of commercial building services
Experience in similar critical/commercial environments (e.g., banks, data centres, corporate HQs)
Ability to work at heights outdoors (full training & PPE provided)
