You won't be doing the same thing on repeat!They're looking for someone who can properly own a project from concept through to completion - confident across all RIBA stages, comfortable leading and managing project teams and trusted to get on with the job without needing to be micromanaged.About YouRIBA/ARB Registered ArchitectMin two years' experience working within a UK practice - post qualificationFully proficient with AutoCADConfident communicator & comfortable liaising with clientsStrong background in residential work, ideally with both high-end private and developer project experienceProven experience working across all RIBA stages, with a solid understanding of the processGood working knowledge of building regulations and how they apply in practiceWhat's on Offer40,000 - 50,000 depending on experienceCompany pensionOn-site parkingFlexible working hoursThis is a genuine opportunity to take real ownership - you won't be stuck pushing out someone else's designs or sitting on the periphery of decisions.
