Support Worker

Support Worker Based in the outskirts of Ruthin in the village of Cyffyliog (Driver Essential) About the Role: We're on the lookout for a caring, down-to-earth Support Worker to assist a sociable and independent client with muscular dystrophy both at home and out in the community. In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change. I need someone reliable, friendly, and up for joining in. Flexibility is key... especially when the music calls. What you'll be working: 2 day shifts a week available (we do have more shifts in packages nearby to boost hours if interested) 8am - 6pm Flexibility to work extra shifts if required In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client. Flexible and reliable, ready to adapt when plans shift, and you carry your sense of humour with you even on the busiest of days.
