Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!About the RoleWe are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing backend systems that power our cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure our backend platform is scalable, secure and efficient.What you’ll be doingDesigning and implementing robust, scalable and high-performance backend architecturesDeveloping APIs and services to support our platform’s functionality and integrationWriting clean, testable code to develop functional web applicationsTroubleshooting, debugging, and resolving backend issuesCollaborating with Frontend Engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicGathering and addressing technical and design requirementsOptimizing system performance and ensuring minimal downtimeBuilding reusable code and libraries for future useLiaising with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholdersKeeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in software engineeringWhat We Can Offer YouSteep Learning curve: We believe people leave organisations when learning stops. We live our company values every day and reward those people who embody them.Skills We Need for This RoleSolid proven experience with .NET and C#, particularly .NET6-10Familiarity with API development, microservice patterns and practices, ideally including experience of OpenAPI standardsExperience with both relational and non-relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cosmos Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 policy managementExperience of integrating with third-party APIsWorking knowledge of cloud-based providers like Azure/AWS/GCPAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirementsStrong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailinforcer is an equal opportunity employer.
