If you’re organised, confident and good at keeping people and priorities on track, this could be a great next move.
This is a varied, desk-based role where you’ll be coordinating engineers, organising workloads, keeping jobs moving and making sure customers are kept updated.

What you’ll be doing
Scheduling and coordinating engineers
Allocating jobs and support tickets
Organising workloads and priorities
Keeping customers updated
Following up on jobs and making sure nothing gets missed
Working closely with engineers and the Operations Manager
Keeping the CRM and ticketing system up to date
