Payroll Manager

Southampton

What will the Payroll Manager role involve?

Oversee all aspects of daily payroll operations for up to 1000 employees.

Produce reports adhering to current legislation and anticipating future changes.

Implement best practices to meet time-sensitive objectives, regularly reviewing and enhancing processes and controls.

Ensure GDPR compliance for financial and non-financial data, maintaining security across payroll systems and employee records to meet internal and external standards.

Offer assistance to the Operations team regarding payroll-related issues.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Manager vacancy:

CIPP Qualification preferred.

Experience with Sage Payroll.

Strong attention to detail.

Prior experience with zero-hour contracts and holiday pay is desirable.
