Quality Engineer Manufacturing Business

Location: Staffordshire / Crewe borders

The Role

  • Inspect materials and processes to company and ISO standards

  • Manage and contain non-conforming parts and products

  • Lead RCCA activities and close out quality issues

  • Maintain and support the ISO Quality Management System

  • Coordinate internal and external audits

  • Manage controlled documents, specifications and procedures

  • Support quality standards for new and existing products

  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and compliant

  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • HNC / Level 4 in Quality or Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience as an Inspection Technician or Quality Technician

  • Experience as a Process Auditor

  • Strong understanding of quality tools and root cause analysis

  • Ability to analyse technical information and process data

  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Quality Background within manufacturing or engeinerring or FMCG
