Project Coordinator | Full Time Position
Enthusiastic, Experienced – Role in Milton Keynes (UK)
MX Reality have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised, technology savvy individual with a proven track record of managing development of mixed reality (VR/AR) or software solutions and services. The suitable candidate will be joining MX Reality as a Project Coordinator and will be involved in supporting the development and commercial arm of the business.

The founding members and core of MX Reality staff have a solid reputation and successfully built a multi-million pound virtual reality based business from scratch growing it from 6 to over 70 people in 7 years and winning numerous industry awards along the way, before it was acquired by a global FTSE100 organisation. We produce highly sophisticated technology-based solutions in fault-diagnostics as well as products & data visualisation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the development of Virtual Environment / VR training based programmes
Define and setup project tasks and produce a project schedule
Monitoring, planning, scheduling and reporting on projects
Working closely with clients to request and review project deliverables
Ensure quality assurance of project solutions
Working with internal development teams, and senior managers to ensure successful project delivery
Supporting the Development and Project Management team where required
Pre-requisites
Proven experience in project co-ordination of virtual reality, software development or similar field
Proven experience of scheduling/rostering personnel across multiple projects
Proven experience of using a task management system (ClickUp/JIRA/Monday etc)
Relevant project co-ordination qualification or training
A proactive “can do” attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Project)
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
Adaptable to project requirements
Exceptional written and communication skills.
People skills to influence and motivate team members
Relevant experience in mixed reality (Virtual/Augmented Reality) is preferred.
Experience in Project Management of small projects is desirable.
Job Details
Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Full time permanent position subject to probationary period
Office based role with a proportion of time attending offsite meetings
