The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Washrooms & Cubicles will involve:
Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of washrooms, toilet cubicles, vanity units, lockers, panels and benching
Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects & interior designers and local authorities
The remaining portion of your time will be dealing with and following projects through with main contractors / tier 1’s
Represent the company at trade shows, events and conduct company CPD presentations to clients
Targeted to write 40-50 specifications per month (15 self-generated)
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Washrooms & Cubicles with:
Must have construction sales experience
Must have experience selling a related interior product such as: washrooms, washroom panels, vanity units, washrooms, cubicles, lockers, glass lockers, sanitaryware, bathroom products, kitchens, glazing, acoustics, carpets, flooring, decorative glass, partitions, glass partitions, architectural systems
Ideally specification sales experience however would consider a contractor / merchants driven sales professional
Ideally have experience conducting CPD seminars
Excellent influencing and communication skills; well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities
Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
