Are you an experienced Labourer?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Full-Time Labourer to join a growing landscaping and fencing team. Immediate start available. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who isn’t afraid of hard work, takes pride in what they do and can work both as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications

Essential:

Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
Reliable, punctual and physically fit
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work well within a team and independently
Desirable:

Previous labouring experience
CSCS card, although training can be provided

Roles & Responsibilities

Carrying and fetching paving slabs and materials
Loading and moving materials around site
Using wheelbarrows and moving aggregates/soil
Mixing mortar and concrete using a cement mixer
Assisting landscapers and fencers with day-to-day tasks
Keeping sites, tools and working areas clean and tidy
Undertaking other general labouring duties as required
As a Labourer, you will also be expected to:

Follow instructions from landscapers, fencers and site supervisors.
Use tools, equipment and materials safely and responsibly.
Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.
Represent the company professionally while working on site.

Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice.
Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
Co-operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements are always met.
