Production Supervisor

Job Description

Overview

Production Supervisor

£16.21 to £18.64 per hour.

Shift rotation: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am. Flexibility required.

Based in Erdington.

Temporary to Permanent.

Duties

  • Ensuring stock and deliveries are on-point.
  • Organising team members to job functions.
  • Creating and updating records on in-house computer system.
  • Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.
  • Communicating to key stakeholders.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience working with trusses (EN 1250 qualification).
  • Experience with prefabricated structural timber products.
  • Previous Production Supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reporting KPIs and ensuring delivery slots are met.
  • Team player.

Working hours and salary

3 shift rotation, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am. Flexibility required.

Based in Erdington.
