The Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the lives of those you support. Youll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
You will:
Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, and routine
Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
Encourage independence and celebrating every milestone
Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambition
About you:

Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential
