Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £25,800
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator / Coordinator to join a busy customer-focused team based in Eastleigh

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience as you will play a key role supporting various Project Managers. Such responsibilities will include dealing with initial enquiries, completing audit documentations and processing payment applications

Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator:

Complete project administration, including risk assessments, method statements, service orders and technician packs
Prepare and maintain project documentation and support payment applications.
Raise purchase orders and supplier orders to ensure projects have the required resources and equipment.
Process supplier orders promptly to support timely payments.
Manage customer queries and complaints, escalating issues where required
Support the reporting and resolution of Health & Safety issues and emergencies
