Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in managing client portfolios, processing complex financial transactions, and providing administrative support that meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring all client documentation and records are accurately maintained.Manage client portfolios, including processing new business applications, fund switches, and withdrawals.Liaise with clients, product providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Prepare and review client reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Ensure the customer journey is seamless for both existing clients and new clients.
